Vuze help>>>>> WHY OH WHYYYYYYYYY?

hello furry possums. i have downloaded a tv show ep. on vuze. when i click on it, you cant click the pl;ay button! wont play. also i drag it to itunes for my itouch and it just says error transcode failed, no.... and doesnt work. also none of my other movies work! WHY OH WHY. everyone i know has no problems and i dont know what im doing wrong. it says its 100% complete and everything too.in the library it says its seeding and the only movie that workls also says that. (the only movie that works is big buck bunny) and it just sucks. PLEASE HELP! ta ta
