How to get rid of this smell?

I found a dead possum under my house inside the insulation. It only smelled in the one room which was directly above the dead possum. Luckily it was in the spare bathroom. Well I put cups of vinegar in that room and shut the door for a couple of days and the smell went away. Well the last couple of days where it was warm I can smell that smell again. Any suggestions?
