Will this get that cigarette smell out of my stuffed animal?

my friend gave me this bunny and they kept it hidden for several days until i came for a sleepover there and i stayed for 4 ays and now my bunny smells like cigarettes her parents smoke. so.. i put my bunny in the washing machine with a few towels and a robe.. she is on the rinse cycle of the washer right now. so.. will the smell get out? i use downy on her and orange smelling detergent
