My 9 year old hates to clean and I'm getting sick of the attitude...?

well, when i was younger and did not want to listen to my mother (i also owned the drama queen title), she literally took the door off my room and said privacy is a privelage. when i refused to clean up my room she took EVERYTHING except my bed and dressers. I had to 'earn' back the right to have nice things. it worked to. when she gives attitude punish her. it might seems like the punishments never work but if she has nothing in her room, no door to slam, life gets pretty boring and she will either learn to lose the attitude and show some respect or spend a lot of alone time in her room
