Are these good characters for my fantasy book?

You need to add flaws to your characters. Azure should be really ugly or something with like green tinged skin from all the time she's spent in the water. I don't like your names. I can't even pronounce the first one! Like the other comment said, you need to add flaws to your characters. Adan should be like really timid because of the fact that he's a half-vampire and always feels like he doesn't fit in until he meets Azure.
